Country Kitchen

Last Sunday I “parked in rear” and had an outstanding breakfast at Kountry Kitchen. Being a Sunday it was slammed, but service was still good and quick. I ordered a basic two egg & meat w/ potato choice and toast or biscuit.

This was a substantial meal! I chose hash browns, which could have been crispier, and biscuit. I requested gravy with my biscuit, and I’m so glad. There were too few sausage crumbles in the gravy but it was thick, rich and seasoned just right. I pretty much cleaned that plate… It was very tasty. Lastly, the bacon was probably the best I’ve ever put in my mouth. 3 big, thick, meaty slices cooked just right.

Looking forward to returning with the fam to sample some lunch & dinner fare…
