Happy New Year Ramona!!! Come celebrate with us at Turtle Rock Ridge Winery for YOGA SOUND BATH WINE next Saturday, January 7th @ 10am.
Enjoy a 1 hour yoga class with savasana sound bath at the winery! This special class consists of gentle stretching, meditation, and sound healing, followed by premium wine/sangria and socialization.
$32 for class, sound bath AND wine!!! 😀
Class is suitable for all-levels, even if you never stepped foot on a mat before (VERY gentle!)
All you need is a mat! We will have heaters if it’s cold but please feel free to bring a blanket, eye mask, and any props you may want to use.
