The North County Winds is a San Diego based Concert Band/Wind Ensemble whose 60-plus members are a collection of professional and amateur musicians of all ages. Under the direction of Vince Hernandez since 2002, North County Winds engages audiences and its members playing Christmas programs, including traditional and popular hymns and holiday melodies.
