Dia de Los Muertos (Mexico)  Give thanks to the ancestors, as you savor this rich chicken mole slowly stewed to coax out maximum flavors from the sauce. Pico de gallo and house-made tortilla chips add freshness and crunch to this ancient recipe.

All Saints Day & Pumpkin Festival (Austria) In keeping with Austrian tradition, a potato streusel is flaky rich and delicious. A most delicious way to celebrate the souls that passed before and are perhaps here enjoying the smells and flavors with us.

Halloween (USA) Of course no one celebrates quite like the USA.  We have gone to all things pumpkin with our golden spicy flan. Creamy and rich, it is accompanied by maple candied pecans.
