This group of voted representatives meets the 1st Thursday of each month. Sub-committtees meet at other times and report to the planning group, who then make recommendations to the County for projects and works we’d like them to do. Keep in mind, the County doesn’t have to listen to us, but the community does have a voice, and we should use it. Join us at these meetings and make public comments to issues that are relevant to you.

The Ramona Parks and Recreation Association (RPRA) Board meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Ramona Community Center (AKA Ramona Senior Center), 434 Aqua Lane, Ramona, CA.
The RPRA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was formed by the Ramona Municipal Water District (RMWD) to manage their parklands at Wellfield Park, where the soccer, baseball, football, and adult softball fields reside. The Ramona Rodeo and Ramona Junior Fair are also held at the park and the Ramona Senior Center is located on RPRA property as well.
RPRA’s goals are to foster the development of young citizens, enrich the lives of senior citizens, and offer a variety of programs and activities for all ages.
