Fire Operations in the Wildland Urban Interface

Learn what firefighters learn to protect your home and your community. A one day in-depth course to learn the principles used by firefighters in suppressing wildland fire and protecting structures in the Wildland Urban Interface. Conducted by: Thomas Shoots CAL FIRE / San Diego County Fire

Time: Registration, coffee and refreshments at 7:30am; the course will start promptly at 8:00am

Location: The Ramona Community Center, 434 Aqua Lane, Ramona, CA 92065

The course is free of charge to local residents, community organizations and representatives of community Fire Safe Councils.

Lunch will be provided.
