Activities requiring a “Ticket to Play” received after a satisfactory physical are band, athletes, cheer, song, mountain bike club and Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) cadets who are involved in competition must pass a physical in order to participate in interscholastic athletics. The physicals are good for the fall, winter, and spring seasons for the 2017-2018 school year.
Any eighth-graders who plan to participate in sports in their freshman year at Ramona High are encouraged to attend the physical night.
A health history form for each student must be filled out and signed by his or her parent, and is available online at www.ramonausd.net/rhs and at the high school’s main office. Students who will not be accompanied at the sports physical night by one of their parents must bring a signed form.
The cost of a physical is $25(cash only). Proceeds go to the RHS Athletic Training Room and Sports Medicine program, which supports all athletes on every team in the RHS athletic department.
Local doctors and health professionals are donating their time and, in some cases, money to help the student/athletes at Ramona High School.

Current 9th graders, 5:545 to 6:15p.m.
Current 10th graders, 6:15 to 6:45p.m.
Current 11th graders, 6:45 to 7:15 p.m.
