The National Association of Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive will be held Saturday May 14.

Our local Ramona Post Office Letter Carriers will be sending out postcards this week telling everyone they will be picking up the food donations from residents that Saturday.

Please put out your bag of non-perishable and non-expired food donations by your mailbox that day and they will pick it up and deliver it to the Ramona Food and Clothes Closet, who will in turn ensure it goes out to those in need. Of course you are welcome to drop it off through the Ramona Food and Clothes Closet donation drive through also, just let the staff know it’s for the Post Office food drive so the pounds of food get counted correctly.
