Fort Cross is family owned and operated, specializing in hands-on living history, music and folk dancing, agritourism, and outdoor survival education.
We offer the following programs for groups:

All of these programs are jam packed with curriculum centered lessons that entertain and encourage active participation!
Our annual public events include our best and most requested activities:
Spring Lilac Festival is when the 4 acres of lilacs are in bloom and ready to take home!
Summer Camp Outs are guided adventures full of summer fun! U-pick strawberries available as well!
The Fall Festival will yield a harvest of hayrides, hoedowns, cider pressing, and u-pick goods from our pumpkin patch!
Haunted Harvest is an evening of spooky fun with cider pressing, apple bobbing, haunted hayride, and more! Available the first two Saturdays in October.
The Holiday Hayride takes place the weekend following Thanksgiving and into December. We will sing carols, make rustic ornaments, prepare our own freshly pressed hot apple cider, and enjoy many other activities sure to inspire that holiday cheer!
We are open to the public Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and during the week by appointment.
Available activities include the Sling Shot Range, Tomahawk Throwing, Archery, Pottery, Petting Zoo, Candle Dipping, Rope Making and Lassoing, Fairy and Dino Garden Making, and the Gold Rush Station.
