The Ramona Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. This will be our 25th year celebrating this event. Main Street will come alive with over a thousand Ramona residents out to celebrate the Christmas Season on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 5 to 8 pm.
Shops will be open late, Main Street (between 6th and 7th Streets) will be closed to thru traffic, there will be sleigh rides, a classic car show and of course Santa and the Lighting of the annual Christmas tree in front of the Guy B. Woodward Museum. There will be a DJ, local entertainment, Carolers and crafters.
Pictures with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to Ramona Town! Visit the Ramona Town Hall (729 Main Street) for free pictures with Santa! Pictures will be available for download after the event. Parents are welcome to bring their own cameras to take photos. Santa will be at town hall from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
The lighting of the Christmas tree will begin at 6 pm at the Guy B. Woodward Museum (645 Main Street)!
Find the Elf Contest
Find the Elf contest starts at noon and ends at 8 pm. Visit participating businesses to pick up a guide and search for Santa’s missing elf’s throughout Main Street, Ramona. More Info
Shop Late in Ramona
Participating shops on Main Street will be open late for shopping and other surprises including the “Find the Elf” contest, car and motorcycle show, carolers, dancers, singers and more!
