The options of jewelry making with glass and wire are vast. Over 13 years of experimentation I’ve found some things that work well and I’d like to share with people interested in glass and jewelry. In this workshop, we get right to work forming silver to embed between layers of Glass that will be fused in a kiln. Students will have unique handmade glass pendants after firing or forged wirework to take home the day of the workshop if their interest is working with wire. Small wire sculpture is an option to work on as well.
$50.00 each session or $200.00 for 5 sessions

Head Start promotes the school readiness of young children from low-income families through agencies in their local community. Head Start and Early Head Start programs support the comprehensive development of children from birth to age 5, in centers, child care partner locations, and in their own homes. Head Start services include early learning, health, and family well-being.
Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo (CAPSLO) is committed to the community of Ramona and has been consistently making improvements as well as living up to their motto of “Helping People. Changing Lives”. Head start helps young children from low income families prepare to succeed in school through local programs such as the two in Ramona.
Early Head Start is the centers based option for children up to age 3 and prenatal mothers
All slots are based upon ongoing community needs assessments and parent surveys.
The Centers based options, CAPSLO provides a ratio of children to teachers that go above and beyond licensing requirements.
Head Start has been serving the families and community of Ramona, Poway, Los Penasquitos and the Back Country for over 20 Years!
